Inspired By #118

Time for another Inspiration Challenge.  I have been wanting to use this one for awhile.  What a fun crib!

How will you be inspired? woodgrain, stars, moon, color, baby...

I was pretty literal with this one.  I used the Special Delivery Boy with woodgrain paper from the Lakeside collection both by Pebbles.  I cut the moon and large star with my Silhouette.  The stamp is from Technique Tuesday.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Inspired By... #107

Tomorrow is Valentine's day so I wanted some sort of heart themed challenge, but I didn't necessarily want it to only be a Valentine one...when I saw this photo I knew it would be perfect!

How will you be inspired?  hearts, clean & simple, stripes, colors, pop of color...

I chose to go with the colors and create a baby boy card.  I used the Summer Stories and Stationary Noted collections by Teresa Collins along with some dies from My Favorite Things and Divine Twine.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Inspired By... #47

Pink is my favorite color, especially a nice soft pastel pink.  October is Breast Cancer Awareness month so I couldn't let October go by without some pink inspiration now could I?

How will it inspire you? color, typewriter, letter, roses, vintage, sketch?  I can't wait to see.

I was inspired by a few things, obviously the pink but also the vintage, the letters and my sketch is somewhat based on the sketch or layout of the photo.  I used my Crate Paper Little Bo Peep collection and some May Arts Jute Twine.

I am also playing along with the 365 Cards Challenge - B - mine is: bow, bird, blossom)

I can't wait to see what you create!

Inspired By #32

Welcome to another Inspired By Challenge.  The photo I chose today is not really me at all, hehehe.  I am not much of a girly girl, and don't wear a lot of color but I was really drawn to this photo.

So many ways to take this: the colors, the metal, buckle, pearls, purse, fashion... Can't wait to see what you do!

I decided to use my Heidi Swapp Sugar  Chic papers.  Usually when I think of doing baby girl cards I think of the pastel colors, but for some reason when I saw this Sugar Chic paper by Heidi Swapp I had to try it.  Negative die cuts are the trend right now so I used my Cricut to cut out the letters from the cardstock and let the pattern paper show through.  I also used my Cricut to create the little outfit hanging on the clothes pins.

Don't forget to check out StopAndScrap for some great deals and to see some of the new stuff that is arriving!

Can't wait to see how you take this fun inspiration picture!

Inspired by #19

Welcome to another Inspired By challenge.  This week I have another spring inspired challenge for you.  I love spring and I love clotheslines (miss having one).  Nothing says spring like finally being able to hang some clothes out on the line!

Ways yo can take this inspiration: colors, dresses, bike, flowers, vintage, clothesline... Can't wait to see what you do!

For my project I went with the clothesline and made a new baby card.  I used the Sugar & Spice papers by Doodlebug and the stamps are from the Bit of Stardust set by There She Goes.  The cloud die is from Papertrey Ink, the sentiment is from SRM Stickers and finally some Twine.  This is also for the Paper & Such challenge: CAS and the Die Cuttin Divas challenge (I used the cloud die) - pastels.
