Inspired By...#106

Can you believe that this photo is a cake?!  I love it.  I warn you, you just might be seeing a few travel inspired photos in the next month as in just over a month my daughter and I leave for Europe (France and London) for a whirlwind school trip!

How will you be inspired?  travel, colors, banner, cake...

I went with the colors and a travel theme to create my card.  I used the new Now & Then Mildred collection by My Mind's Eye along with a few different Unity Stamps - a couple of SMAK kits and the Eiffel Tower and script stamp are singles that can be purchased.  The Chicken Wire die is from MFT while the butterfly one is from PTI.  I used my Cricut to cut out the tag and Roses (Art Philosophy and Tags, Bags, Boxes and More).  The twine is from Divine Twine.

Can't wait to see what  you create!

Inspired By #104 Winner

I really had a difficult time narrowing down a winner for my challenge so this week I am showcasing a couple of cards that really caught my eye:

I kept being drawn to both cards, they are beautiful!
Congratulations!

Inspired By...#105

When I saw this inspiration I had to use it right away!  I think the colors are just so yummy!

How will you be inspired?  colors, check, metal, food, two...

I had to use the colors as I just love this combo! I hardly ever use any shade of purple in my creations but I love it with the navy and grays.  I created a teen themed card.  I used some Front Porch by Pebbles along with some plain cardstock. I embossed the card base with a woodgrain plate from Papertrey Ink.  I then stamped the SheArt Print Texture background on some gray cardstock. I cut a tag shape from some pattern paper and stamped the paint spots from the Epic Moments SMAK kit  and then layered the sentiment, some messy thread and some denim scrap. The flowers are from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge and the sentiment die is from My Favorite Things.

I am linking up to the Simon Says challenge: Twine or String.

Can't wait to see what you create!
