I am doing double duty with this challenge as it is also the debut of the new Jungle Out There set by There She Goes. As you can see I was inspired by the pile of animals and thought this stamp set worked perfectly for it. I printed the sentiment up on my computer. The paper is Echo Park's A Boys Life along with some Peapod twine.

Now once again, so many ways to take this inspiration: the purse itself, a city, the colors, buckles... can't wait to see what you do

I went with the colors as well as the sketch (most of the photo is off to one side).  I used my new My Mind's Eye collection - Follow Your Heart - Be Amazing, LOVE this collection, can't wait to use it again!  I have also used 5 different sets of Unity stamps! (March 2011 KOTM, Year-o-graphy banners, Life Becoming, Treasure to Me, Neapolitan Bisque Soup)!

Inspired By #15

My favorite season of all is Spring and this photo just says spring to me!  I can't wait until my white tulips and lilacs are out!  So here is this week's inspiration:

So many ways to take this: colors, the textures (woodgrain, grass), flowers, eggs, bird....I went with the colors and I also went with the sketch of it.

For my card I used some papers from My Little Shoebox.  I cut the flower with my April Showers Cricut cartridge and the sentiment is a SRM sticker that I have cut apart.  I placed the sentiment this way as I see a lot of projects on Pinterest with the sentiment lining up on the right and I like the look.  Finally the twine is the new Flax twine from The Twinery.

Inspired By #14

Welcome to the new Inspired By Challenge.  With Spring and St. Patrick's Day nearing us I was really taken by this Inspiration photo.

Once again, so many ways to take inspiration from this photo: green, spots, St. Patrick's, party...  I can't wait to see what you do!

I went with the green and the spots to create my spring themed card.    All the stamps are from Papertrey Ink (Tags for Spring and Garden Variety).  I used some May Arts Twine and Ribbon.  The papers are from My Mind's Eye Lost and Found 2.

Once again so many ways to take this: the colors, stripes, baby, pockets...

I decided to go with the pockets and use my new Nikki Sivils Noah collection.  I love this collection, so perfect for little boys, of which I don't have but I make cards for the little ones in my Grade One class, so this is perfect!  I have also uses some of my The Alley Way Stamps (Priceless Joy, Talk to Me, Snow Much Fun).  The twine is The Twinery twine.
